Athletes who are competing on a weekend, will be able to train until 8pm on the Thursday before their competition.

Training is currently limited in group size. Book through herefordathletics@gmail.com.

Bookings - We now take block bookings for a month at a time through the online form. This is to ensure we get the information needed to be able to book every athlete into the correct group and manage the the group sixes in relation to the discipline and the limited number of coaches we have.                     A link form will be emailed to the contact that we have for each athlete, this will be sent on the 25th of each month. It will be available until the 30th of the month to allow you to book for the following month. Late bookings will not be accepted without prior  agreement.                  If you know in advance that you will not be able to attend any of the individual sessions/weeks that month, there will be an optional question about this on the form. Enter the dates you will not be able to attend. If circumstances change during the month and you can't attend training you must let us know by emailing herefordathletics@gmail.com BEFORE the session.

If you are booked into a session and do not attend without letting us know, we will allow 3 'no shows' before you will be removed from the remaining sessions that month.

Track fees - track fees are £2 for members and  £5 for non-members. Membership cost is unchanged and is now due.
