IMPORTANT
All Members are expected to compete for the club in a league fixture at least 3 times a year for the club, particularly when selected for league matches. This will be Track & Field, Cross Country or Sportshall. We also enter open meetings, check out our Facebook page for updates, and entry details. We do accept new members but have a waiting list.

All training bookings are now on 'Spond' and is only open to members
For prospective members , there is currently a waiting list to trial two free sessions, email herefordathletics@gmail.com stating the name of the athlete, what school year they are in and the event that they want to practice (Sprint/Distance/Jumps/Throws/Hurdle).

February 14th -Gloucestershire X-Country League Race 4 - Cheltenham
February 22nd - Regional Sports Hall Final - Solihull
March 14th - ESSA Cross Country Championships, Liverpool

Lower YDL - U14 & U16 - Sunday 3rd May, Sunday 31st May, Saturday 18th July - locations to be confirmed
Upper YDL - U18 & U20 - Sunday 19th April, Sunday 24th May, Sunday 12th July - locations to be confirmed
Midland League - Saturday 16th May at Worcester, Sunday 21st June - Technical match at Birmingham University, Sunday 19th July at Yate, Sunday 9th August at Stourport, Saturday 29th August at Hereford.
