IMPORTANT
All Members are expected to compete for the club in a league fixture at least 3 times a year for the club, particularly when selected for league matches. This will be Track & Field, Cross Country or Sportshall. We also enter open meetings, check out our Facebook page for updates, and entry details. We do accept new members but have a waiting list.

All training bookings are now on 'Spond' and is only open to members
For prospective members , there is currently a waiting list to trial two free sessions, email herefordathletics@gmail.com stating the name of the athlete, what school year they are in and the event that they want to practice (Sprint/Distance/Jumps/Throws/Hurdle).

Sunday 10th January 2027 - Cardiff Junior - Year 7 to 12
Sunday 24th January 2027 - Cardiff Met Non Thomas Grand Prix - U18 and up
Sportshall - All at St Johns Leisure Centre Worcester for U11 to U15 1pm to 5pm
Saturday 7th November, Saturday 19th December & Sunday 24th January. County Championships - Sunday 14th February 12-30 - 5pm.
